BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Tonawanda man was formally accused in court Tuesday for allegedly murdering his wife at their home last month, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Nicholas Malvaso, 36, is accused of killing his wife, 51-year-old Tiffany Malvaso, at a home on Cleveland Drive around 2:45 a.m. on May 16. Tiffany Malvaso was pronounced dead at the scene from blunt force trauma to the head.
