BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A tree fell on a home on Hemlock Lane in Amhurst Saturday afternoon, causing structural damage.
A member of the cleanup crew said that the fall was caused by strong winds and stressed the importance of ensuring that trees in resident yards are safe and secure.
“These strong, heavy winds we keep having, seems like every five minutes, we keep getting these emergency tree calls,” Anthony Artucca, owner of Tony’s Tree and Landscaping said. “I think it’s very important to get your trees inspected and evaluated by a professional tree company.”
