POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 2:50am on June 7th after reports of a public disturbance at McDonalds on Delaware Avenue and Sheridan Drive in Erie County.
The 911 caller, who is also an employee, told police that there are several juveniles in the lobby drinking alcohol and having “food fights.” All parties refused to leave when asked to do so by employees and management. They merely threw more food.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the juveniles were still on scene when police arrived. No further information is available at this time…
