Reach Academy sues Buffalo School Board

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Reach Academy Charter School is suing the Buffalo School Board, saying it was denied universal pre-K funding.

Reach says this is the second time it has been denied pre-K funding in recent years.
