LANCASTER, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Lancaster mother is raising urgent safety concerns after her son had a frightening encounter while out riding his bike, prompting her to warn other parents about talking to their children about staying safe and alert.
The incident happened Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. when 11-year-old Eli Marble was biking to a friend’s house near Heritage and Greenmeadow Drive in Lancaster and noticed a black SUV approach, slow down, turn around and begin following closely beside him.
