BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Three people are dead following a one-vehicle collision Sunday morning on Prole Road in the town of Stafford, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said.
Police responded to the scene around 2 a.m. after receiving a 911 call. According to preliminary investigation, a black 2012 Nissan Altima was traveling northbound on Prole Road when the vehicle exited the roadway’s west shoulder and struck a tree.
The vehicle’s operator — Joseph Martinez, 23, of Pavilion — as well as its passengers — Dylan Pehrson, 23, and Megan Merrell, 22, of Batavia — were pronounced deceased at the scene…
