BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — North Tonawanda Mayor Austin Tylec is speaking out following an announcement to not hold the parade at Canal Fest this year.
The festival has taken place along the Erie Canal for more than 40 years. The parade has been canceled due to the festival’s move to Gratwick Park.
