POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 6:54pm on July 14th after a medical emergency on 18th and Willow Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller – a third party – told police that there was a man lying on the ground who was unresponsible. No matter what he did, the male would not respond to him. The caller further told police that the male was “foaming” at the mouth.
Police and fire responded to the scene. Medical was administered. It is unknown if the male was breathing. No further information is available at this time…
