24-year-old North Tonawanda motorist faces felony charges after an afternoon road rage confrontation in the Town of Niagara (Niagara Falls) left an 80-year-old driver hospitalized with severe trauma to his head and face.
David G. Reinhart was taken into custody and formally charged with second-degree assault following the Tuesday afternoon altercation. Police confirmed that the suspect later turned himself in directly to law enforcement officials.
