BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man accused of shooting a Buffalo police officer in May was indicted on 18 new felony charges, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Officer Marc Hurst was responding to a domestic trouble call when he was shot May 26 on Sherman Street. Minhaz Siddiqui is accused of shooting Hurst six times. Both Hurst and Siddiqui were transported to ECMC to be treated for their injuries.
