The talk of the town is… downtown. That’s right. Buffalo Place is encouraging downtown residents, employees, business owners, and visitors to share their feedback via a new 2026 Downtown Buffalo Survey.
The stakes are higher than ever, as downtown is at yet another crossroads. With the $60 million final phase of the Cars Sharing Main Street Project downtown and the $70 million Middle Main Streetscape Project, there’s a lot going on. There’s been a shift in the restaurants scene as well, along with new placemaking initiatives (learn more).
Now, Buffalo Place wants to know what everyone is thinking.
“From favorite restaurants and shops to daily commutes and special events, the survey explores the many ways people connect with Downtown Buffalo. Participants are encouraged to share feedback on transportation, dining, shopping, events, and their overall Downtown experience, including what would encourage them to visit more often or stay a little longer.
