HAMBURG, N.Y. (WBEN)…..Cloverbank Country Club, a Hamburg complex that dates back to the 1950s, has landed – again – a new owner.
Investors 5324 Rogers Holdings LLC paid $2.35 million for the 160-acre complex, buying it from fellow investors Southwestern Rogers LLC, who bought Cloverbank five years ago.
Cloverbank went on the market last fall with a $3.75 million asking price…
