BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN).…..A nearly century-old house on one of Buffalo’s most sought streets has become the 101st home, this year, to sell for more than $1 million.
In the latest deal:
A five-bedroom, 3,800-square-foot house at 114 Meadow Road sold for $1.35 million, just two years after it sold for $1.25 million. That means the value of the house rose 8% in just 24 months…
