Muhammad Shoaib is opening the region’s second Church’s Texas Chicken restaurant in at 2165 Delaware Avenue that previously was home to Jet’s Pizza. Last year, Shoaib opened a Church’s on the first floor of the Hyatt Place Hotel in downtown Niagara Falls.
Shoaib purchased the 1,475 sq.ft. building on 0.27-acre corner lot with off-street parking for 13 cars in March 2025 for $390,000. It was constructed in 1980 as a bank and has had several tenants since. Founded in San Antonio in 2952, Church’s now has over 1,450 locations in 23 countries…
