Jury finds Niagara Falls man guilty of strangling puppy

LOCKPORT, N.Y. — A Niagara Falls man has been found guilty of strangling his partner’s dog.

On Tuesday, a Niagara County jury found Brandon J. Wall, 33, guilty of Aggravated Cruelty to an Animal and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree.
