BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 21-year-old man pleaded guilty on Thursday to a gun charge in connection to the shooting of a 2-year-old in Sloan in 2025, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Friday.
Marcus Oluwa Jr. pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree criminal possession and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Oluwa Jr. was found to be in possession of a loaded illegal gun during the investigation in the shooting of the child, which happened on July 20, 2025.
