BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (WFLA) — A driver struck a child attempting to board a school bus in Bonita Springs, according to video captured on the bus’s camera.
The School District of Lee County released this video, showing an out-of-control silver sedan spinning and hitting a 14-year-old on March 31, sending her flying down the street.

The video shows the car hit her backpack before drifting into a row of bushes. The driver ran over to the child, and a man rushed to help the child, who was lying in the grass.
