Bonita Springs man convicted of animal cruelty, stalking

A Bonita Springs man faces sentencing next month after his conviction of both animal cruelty and stalking.

Robert James Luther III, 38, was convicted as charged with two counts of animal cruelty and two counts of aggravated stalking in a case that involved the mutilation of cats. He was convicted following a three-day jury trial in Lee County.
