LEE COUNTY, Fla. — The state attorney’s office chose not to file charges against a Lehigh Acres teacher accused of hitting a 4-year-old child.
According to the Lee County clerk of court’s website, the document was filed June 12, and the state attorney’s office cited “insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.”
