FORT MYERS, Fla. —
Tropical Storm Dolly formed in the east Atlantic on Thursday.
As of the initial advisory from the National Hurricane Center, Dolly has maximum sustained winds of 40 mph and is moving west at 24 mph. The center of the storm is located 1750 miles east of the Lesser Antilles.
