NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. (WFLA) — Two people were arrested in North Fort Myers in connection with their 11-month-old dog that died of starvation in a kennel, according to an arrest report.
A deputy was dispatched to a North Fort Myers home on May 9 in reference to a well-being check for Neah Copeland, 21, who said she was upset after her dog died two days prior, according to body camera video.
