INDIANA — Much of Indiana could experience severe thunderstorms on Sunday as a storm system moves across the Midwest, according to the National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center.
The SPC’s Day 3 Convective Outlook places nearly all of Indiana under a Slight Risk (Level 2 of 5) for severe weather on Sunday, June 21. Forecasters say scattered severe thunderstorms are expected to develop as warm, humid air interacts with an approaching weather system.

The severe weather threat is expected to increase Sunday afternoon and continue into the evening before storms move out later Sunday night…
