SPEEDWAY, Ind. — Several people were rescued after being stuck on a pontoon boat in Eagle Creek Sunday.
The Pike Township Fire Department said crews responded to a report of people stranded on a pontoon boat in Eagle Creek on July 12.
The department said the motor of the pontoon boat failed, and the boat was caught up against the “protection barrier for the dam.”…
