BROWNSBURG, IN — A motorcyclist was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon after leading Brownsburg Police on a short pursuit through a neighborhood before crashing and attempting to flee on foot.
The incident began just before 1:30 p.m. when the rider fled from officers, leading police on a brief chase through a residential area. The pursuit came to an end near the intersection of N. Grant St. and E. 56th St., where the motorcyclist crashed.
Following the crash, the suspect attempted to escape on foot but was quickly apprehended after officers deployed a Taser. The individual was then taken into custody without further incident…
