INDIANAPOLIS — All lanes of eastbound I-70 were briefly closed near the north split due to an interstate shooting.
The Indiana Department of Transportation confirmed the closure at 11:30 a.m. near I-70’s Rural Street and Keystone Avenue exit. All eastbound lanes were closed as a half dozen police cars converged on the roadway.
Indiana State Police Sgt. John Perrine confirmed the closure was due to a shooting investigation.
