A Noblesville resident is facing felony charges of burglary and battery resulting in injury to a pregnant woman after an Aug. 4 incident in the city.
The accused, Tony Adkins, 38, is in the Hamilton County Jail. No bond or bail has been set.
According to court documents, an officer with the Noblesville Police Department took a report from the victim of the crime Aug. 4.
