INDIANA (WPTA) – The Hoosier State is being swamped with historic flash flooding after days of severe storms and heavy rainfall.
Governor Mike Braun is expected to declare a state of emergency on Thursday, having directed state agencies on Wednesday to work around the clock to allocate resources where they’re needed.
