A new Walmart might be coming to Westfield after plans for a new store and fuel station at Ind. 32 and Austrian Pine Way were advanced Aug. 17 by the Westfield Advisory Plan Commission.
A detailed site plan shows the new location behind the Graeter’s Ice Cream scoop show and next to Barkerfellers pet boarding facility. The proposal includes renderings for exterior access to a pharmacy, auto care facility and an outdoor lawn and garden department.
Currently, the Walmart nearest to Westfield is on E. 151st St. in Carmel, about 3.6 miles away from the proposed Westfield store…
