ISP: Man killed in hit-and-run crash on I-69 in Fishers while changing flat tire

FISHERS, Ind. — Authorities are searching for the person responsible for fatally striking a man who was changing a flat tire before a hit-and-run crash on I-69 in Fishers Tuesday night.

Indiana State Police confirmed that troopers responded around 9:45 p.m. to the right shoulder of I-69 northbound just south of exit 210 after dispatch received multiple calls reporting that a deceased person had been observed by several drivers in front of a van in that area.

ISP said authorities arrived and immediately observed “the remains of an adult male.” That man, who has been identified as 36-year-old Gregory Christopher II of Parker City, Indiana, was pronounced dead at the scene…
