INDIANAPOLIS — A man is set to plead guilty to reckless homicide and other felonies for his role in a fatal OWI crash that left a man dead on the southeast side of Indianapolis three years ago.
According to a plea agreement obtained by FOX59/CBS4, 42-year-old Bradley Woods would plead guilty to failure to remain at the scene of an accident resulting in death, which is a Level 4 felony. The agreement would also see him plead guilty to reckless homicide and criminal recklessness, with those being Level 5 and Level 6 felonies, respectively.
The plea agreement was filed in Marion Superior Court 7 on Aug. 24. As part of the plea deal, Woods would receive an aggregate sentence of 15 years, with a cap of 10 years at the Indiana Department of Correction.
