CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A man wanted in Indiana was arrested after allegedly making inappropriate gestures and comments to an underage girl in West Virginia.
Charleston Police said an inappropriate incident happened Sunday at a gas station in the Kanawha City area of Charleston.
