Search for Noblesville man leads to drug, neglect arrests in southern Indiana city

TELL CITY, Ind. (WISH) — A search for a man wanted in Noblesville led to the arrest of two people on multiple criminal charges on Thursday in an Indiana city along the Ohio River, state police said in a Friday news release.

Zachary P. Duncan and Haley Burton, both of Tell City, were arrested on charges that included dealing methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent. Both suspects were taken to the Perry County Jail.

On Wednesday, the Noblesville Police Department asked the Indiana State Police for help to find Duncan. Hamilton Superior Court 5 in September 2024 issued an arrest warrant on charges against Duncan that include possession of meth, causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle with a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a syringe.
