INDIANAPOLIS — A man implicated in a fatal Indianapolis crash was arrested on Saturday.
A public police report indicates law enforcement executed a warrant for the arrest for 25-year-old Stanley Louis in Marion County on Friday. He was wanted on the following charges:
- Causing death when operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated — a Level 4 Felony
- Causing death when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more — a Level 4 Felony
- Reckless homicide where the defendant kills another human being with a vehicle — a Level 5 Felony
- Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license resulting in death — a Level 5 Felony
The charges were filed against Louis on March 30. The warrant for his arrested was issued the same day.
