INDIANAPOLIS (WANE) — A man wanted in connection with a 2024 shooting on I-465 in Indianapolis was arrested in Texas on Tuesday.
According to a release from the Indiana State Police (ISP), detectives were sent to Houston, Texas, to locate Emanuel Kimble Jr. on a Level 3 Felony Aggravated Battery charge.
Newly acquired information connected Kimble in a July 2024 shooting on I-465, just outside of Indianapolis. Police were originally called to the 14-mile marker on reports of shots fired just before 9 p.m. that night.
