Food trucks prepare for busy weekend as Raleigh Food Truck Rodeo moved to Sunday

RALEIGH, N.C. — Local business owners are preparing for what they hope will be a very busy weekend as an estimated 100,000 Caniacs are expected to fill the streets of downtown Raleigh on Saturday for the Carolina Hurricanes Championship Celebration.

The Raleigh Food Truck Rodeo was originally scheduled for Saturday, but due to the parade, it got shifted to Sunday. However, Sunday isn’t the only day these food trucks will be set up downtown.

Hot Chix Hotcakes and Chicken will be one of the dozens of food trucks that will be set up during Saturday’s festivities…
