“Unique and unprecedented:” Raleigh Water discusses drought, water restrictions

Widespread drought continues in North Carolina with no sign of immediate relief. Ten central counties, including Wake County, are in exceptional drought as of June 16.

Raleigh Water serves over 650,000 residents throughout Wake County. Those residents have been under water restrictions for just over two months now.
