A new restaurant concept is coming to downtown Raleigh.
Pizzeria di Territorio and attached speakeasy, Stoccaggio, is expected to open in early 2027 at 301 West Cabarrus St. in downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District. Owner Brian Wojick plans to serve Neapolitan-style pizza, fresh pasta, classic Italian cuisine and Italian-inspired cocktails, in addition to the Italian-inspired after-hours club.
“Pizzeria di Territorio, and our speakeasy Stoccaggio, will bring a unique and local twist to the traditional Italian pizzeria, focused on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and embracing regional traditions,” Wojick said to The N&O. “The Warehouse District is the perfect fit for us with the growing number of restaurants, bars and residents.
