DALLAS, Texas (KVII) — Less than two weeks after stepping down as CEO of Fermi America, Toby Neugebauer was fired by the company. According to the SEC filing, the company terminated Neugebauer's employment for cause "as a result of conduct in violation of the terms of (his employment) agreement and of company policies."
