MCDOWELL COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office announced that a Nebo woman was arrested after a child tested positive for drugs. Deputies said that 33-year-old Brittany Danielle Wyatt was charged with felony exposing a child to a controlled substance. She received a $75,000 secured bond.
