(KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman who died after an 18-year-old man hit her vehicle in an alleged stolen truck that was speeding and ran a stop sign while in a pursuit with officers. The woman was identified as 39-year-old Amy Denise Menefee of Arvin.
