(FOX26) — California’s high-speed rail project has made progress in meeting legal reporting requirements, but state oversight officials say major gaps and clarity problems remain in the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s final 2026 Business Plan — including questions about cost increases, schedule delays and when current funding could run out.
