The attack happened around 8 a.m. last Friday, October 2, leaving investigators searching for a trio who, according to authorities, struck without warning on a residential corner in full view of the morning commute.

A 50-year-old man riding an illegally modified e-bike died after failing to stop at a red light and crashing into a pickup truck at a Bronx intersection, police said Thursday.
