Tonetta Yvette Carlisle has been missing from Chattanooga, Tennessee (Hamilton County), since March 15, 1989. Her photo above is age-progressed to 45 years, although she would be 52 now. Tonetta was kidnapped on her way home from school. She was only 15 years old and was a freshman at City High School (Chattanooga High) when she disappeared.
