All lanes on I-75 South are closed after a multi-vehicle crash Friday. Authorities say that the crash involves between multiple vehicles. Officers were dispatched around 7:42 a.m. According to OHGO, all lanes on I-75 South beyond Wyse Road/Benchwood Road are closed.
