PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Two Plymouth Township residents have been charged after three dogs allegedly attacked a jogger in March, leaving the man seriously injured. Police responded around 6:35 a.m. March 28, to the 12000 block of Canton Center Road, after reports that a jogger was being attacked by three large dogs.
