EUGENE, Ore. — In its continuing work to make transportation safer through a variety of projects and initiatives, the City of Eugene has facilitated speed reductions on several local streets. In July, speed limits on Goodpasture Island Road were reduced to 30 mph east of Delta Highway and 35 mph west of Delta Highway.
