Fort Lauderdale developer purchases nearly 2,100 acres in West Jacksonville for master-planned community

Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners announced April 24 it had purchased more than 2,000 acres in West Jacksonville with the intent of developing a master-planned community. In a news release, the company said it had acquired 2,091 acres at southwest U.S. 301 and Interstate 10 for $53.2 million from 301 Capital Partners LLC.
