An ICE agent trying to arrest someone in Harrisburg’s Allison Hill neighborhood Wednesday morning ended up shooting a vehicle that sped away, authorities said. The shooting happened before 6 a.m. in the 400 block of South 17th Street, a residential neighborhood, near the intersection of 17th and Derry Street.
