IRVINE, CA — Authorities arrested a 32-year-old Orange resident, Tarryn Harlee Repass, following an investigation into vehicle burglary and the fraudulent use of a stolen credit card. The incident began approximately two weeks ago when a credit card and other personal belongings were reported stolen from a vehicle at The Marketplace.
