Indianapolis council advances plan to temporarily tighten youth curfew hours
The Indianapolis City-County Council has advanced a proposal to adjust the youth curfew hours for 120 days in 2026. It would require people under 15 to be home between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. on any day, and those ages 15 to 16 to be home by 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and by 11 p.m. Friday through Saturday.
